Build and Deploy Tool

Our Build and Deploy Tool provides the following functionality:

• A role based UI (admin and deployment team member)
• Port full releases from source server to a target server
• Port partial releases which include user selected port-lets and portal artifacts (themes, skins, page and URL mappings) from source server to destination server
• Review the changes that will be deployed on the destination server (snapshot comparison)
• Re-deploy/rollback existing release by using SVN based snapshots
• Use an existing release as a template for the new release
• Copy environment files to target server from staging server or SVN
• Build war files from SVN (on the fly)
• Portal servers, server mappings and SVN repos management
