Leadership Team - ProKarma

Vivek has more than 20 years of IT industry experience. He has provided leadership in the management, and delivery of e-Business technology, and services.

 

Vivek is responsible for leading the growth of the organization through revenue improvement with existing customers, increased market penetration, and development of new products and markets. He is ultimately responsible for corporate profitability and establishing policies, procedures and strategies consistent with the  values and integrity of the organization.

Jeff has held senior positions in IT marketing and sales for over 25 years. He has vast experience in managing, mentoring and building sales and marketing teams. He has ably managed 50+ person sales teams generating over $110 million in revenue for a large private IT consulting firm. He has an extensive background in generating new business, securing customer loyalty and forging strong relationships with business partners.

 

Jeff is responsible for developing the company's sales plans including objectives, strategy, resources and budget. He ensures that plans match corporate guidelines for target markets, client relevance and ROI. His direct responsibilities include sales management; planning and execution of client specific sales strategies; building of the customer base; managing customer relations, business planning, demand creation and fulfilment.

Vijay brings 20 years of IT experience to the company. Vijay has vast experience in enterprise level technology utilization and strategy. He is a resourceful big picture thinker who champions business objectives through outstanding technical direction,business acumen and value driven transformation initiatives. 

 

Vijay is responsible for providing technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of products and services for our external and internal clients.He is also responsible for defining technology standards and aligning technology to company's performance objectives.

Manish has been in the IT industry for 20 years. He has successfully built and managed several business units for a large private IT consulting firm. He has extensive experience in setting up operations, managing P&L and establishing core processes for a business unit that generated over $50 million in revenue.

 

Manish is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the business, developing HR policies, maintaining government and legal compliance and ensuring an on-going corporate focus on financial goals and objectives.

Craig brings over 29 years of financial and management experience to ProKarma. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Grant Thornton where he specialized in technology consulting and auditing. After thirteen years, Craig then purchased a wholesale distribution business and was President and CEO for nine years. After growing the operation four-fold, he sold the business in 1999. He then moved back into the professional services arena building a management accounting firm with significant focus in recruitment and placement.

 

Craig's responsibility is in the area of financial strategies and the accounting and finance operations of ProKarma.

Anand brings more than 20 years of IT and Business Process Outsourcing experience to the company. Anand's specific areas of expertise include business transformation,program management,technology leadership and business analysis.

 

Anand is responsible for the implementation of the company's BPO services and other outsourcing initiatives. He provides leadership to achieve successful business process outsourcing (BPO) projects and manages the overall BPO strategy, relationships and activities.

Jim has over 30 years of IT industry experience in Consulting, Marketing Services, Non-Profit and Military industries.  Jim pioneered the Agile Practice at ProKarma with a strong track record of successful Agile Transformations from Fortune 50 to startup companies.

 

Jim joined ProKarma in 2006 and today is the SVP of Global Delivery with broad responsibilities for successful project delivery across the company.

 

Jim began his career in the US Air Force developing intelligence applications.  After leaving military service he worked with defense contracting firms including Martin Marietta (now Lockheed Martin) developing and managing technical software and hardware solutions.  Jim joined infoUSA and grew to the position of corporate Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Divisional Chief Operating Officer (COO) within Donnelley Marketing (an infoUSA subsidiary).  Apart from his corporate functions, Jim also served as Executive Director for Touch the World, a diverse youth ministry based in New Jersey.

Harry brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the IT services industry to the management team. He has vast experience in relevant brand management and advertising with a strong knowledge and appreciation of sophisticated marketing principles. He has an extensive background in optimization and prioritization of marketing initiatives.

 

Harry is responsible for developing ProKarma's strategic marketing direction , building company brand awareness; leading marketing research; developing channel marketing communications; competitive intelligence; trade show management and media relations.

Nancy brings over 20 years of IT services experience to the Company. Nancy joined ProKarma in 2005 and today is the Vice President - Global Resourcing, with broad responsibilities for managing ProKarma's resourcing needs in the US, India and Argentina.

 

She is responsible for setting strategic direction for hiring highly qualified individuals into the company. She is also responsible for ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding policies and procedures within ProKarma.

Stuart Price joined ProKarma as Vice President of ProKarma Interactive to oversee the mobile division day-to-day operations and to prepare the company for its continued growth in the marketplace.  As Vice President, Stuart oversees marketing, creative, delivery and production operations.  He brings more than 20 years of experience to ProKarma's daily operations.

 

Prior to joining ProKarma, Stuart served in various technical leadership roles in real estate, data security, and the telecommunications industry.  As the Vice President of IT at the Laramar Group, Stuart was responsible for infrastructure and operations, including technical strategies, IT business operations, support systems and policy/procedure development.  Prior to joining Laramar, Stuart was Vice President of engineering for PKWARE, a software utility and data security solutions company.  And prior to PKWARE, Stuart was Executive Director of Development with CSG Systems, an international company with over 2,500 employees in 22 countries specializing in customer care and billing services for the telephone, cable and direct broadcast industries.
