Vivek is responsible for leading the growth of the organization through revenue improvement with existing customers, increased market penetration, and development of new products and markets. He is ultimately responsible for corporate profitability and establishing policies, procedures and strategies consistent with the values and integrity of the organization.

Chief Marketing Officer

Jeff has held senior positions in IT marketing and sales for over 20 years. He has vast experience in managing, mentoring and building sales and marketing teams. He has ably managed 50+ person sales teams generating over $110 million in revenue for a large private IT consulting firm. He has an extensive background in generating new business, securing customer loyalty and forging strong relationships with business partners.

Jeff is responsible for developing the company's sales plans including objectives, strategy, resources and budget. He ensures that plans match corporate guidelines for target markets, client relevance and ROI. His direct responsibilities include sales management; planning and execution of client specific sales strategies; building of the customer base; managing customer relations, business planning, demand creation and fulfillment.

Chief Technology Officer

Vijay brings 15 years of IT experience to the company. Vijay has vast experience in the design and implementation of e-Business systems and services. Specific areas of expertise include Mobile Commerce related distributed architectures, N-tiered Web Client/Server architectures, Publish-Subscribe architectures, Object Oriented Design and Analysis, Component technologies, Object Oriented Frameworks and Analysis and Design Patterns.

Vijay is responsible for assessment of technology and internal capability to support current and future needs of clients and management related to development, deployment and support of software products and services.

Manish Mehta
Chief Operating Officer

Manish has been in the IT industry for 15 years. He has successfully built and managed several business units for a large private IT consulting firm. He has extensive experience in setting up operations, managing P&L and establishing core processes for a business unit that generated over $50 million in revenue.

Manish is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the business, developing HR policies, maintaining government and legal compliance and ensuring an on-going corporate focus on financial goals and objectives.

Harry brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the IT services industry to the management team. He has vast experience in relevant brand management and advertising with a strong knowledge and appreciation of sophisticated marketing principles. He has an extensive background in optimization and prioritization of marketing initiatives

Harry is responsible for developing ProKarma's strategic marketing direction , building company brand awareness; leading marketing research; developing channel marketing communications; competitive intelligence; trade show management and media relations.

Anand Ijju

Anand brings more than 15 years of IT and Project Management experience to the company. Anand's specific areas of expertise include setting up PMOs, architecting n-tier applications and business analysis.

Anand is responsible for the implementation of the company's BPO services and other outsourcing initiatives. He provides leadership to achieve successful offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) projects and manages the overall BPO strategy, relationships and activities.
