Operating System Support

ProKarma provides personalized operating system support services for our customers. Our system administrators are experienced in managing all phases of the operating system support lifecycle including planning, implementation, troubleshooting and recovery. Our team can work directly with your system administration staff, internal/external system development teams, or other third party vendors and/or support service providers.

We provide support for Oracle Enterprise Linux, SUSE Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, HP UNIX, IBM AIX, and Sun Solaris operating system environments. Our experience also extends to directly working with operating system vendors to resolve complex operational and IT infrastructure environment issues.
