He has an extensive background in generating new business, securing customer loyalty and forging strong relationships with business partners.
Jeff is responsible for developing the company's sales plans including objectives, strategy, resources and budget. He ensures that plans match corporate guidelines for target markets, client relevance and ROI. His direct responsibilities include sales management; planning and execution of client specific sales strategies; building of the customer base; managing customer relations, business planning, demand creation and fulfillment.
Vijay brings 20 years of IT experience to the company. Vijay has vast experience in enterprise level technology utilization and strategy. He is a resourceful big picture thinker who champions business objectives through outstanding technical direction, business acumen and value driven transformation initiatives.
Vijay is responsible for providing technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of products and services for our external and internal clients. He is also responsible for defining technology standards and aligning technology to company's performance objectives.
Manish has been in the IT industry for 20 years. He has successfully built and managed several business units for a large private IT consulting firm. He has extensive experience in setting up operations, managing P&L and establishing core processes for a business unit that generated over $50 million in revenue.
Manish is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the business, developing HR policies, maintaining government and legal compliance and ensuring an on-going corporate focus on financial goals and objectives.
Craig brings over 29 years of financial and management experience to ProKarma. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Grant Thornton where he specialized in technology consulting and auditing. After thirteen years, Craig then purchased a wholesale distribution business and was President and CEO for nine years. After growing the operation four-fold, he sold the business in 1999. He then moved back into the professional services arena building a management accounting firm with significant focus in recruitment and placement.
Craig's responsibility is in the area of financial strategies and the accounting and finance operations of ProKarma.
